a ceremony on the steps of Parliament Buildings in Wellington
at 1:10 PM on 18 October 2000, to mark the launching of the Campaign
to Stamp out Torture, the Prime Minister of New Zealand the
Right Honourable Miss Helen Clark, MP,
pledged as follows:
